I had a strawberry lemonade at Marche, the other day and I fell in love with it. So I thought that dragon fruit might work as well.




Dragon Fruit Lemonade
(serves 4)

1 whole dragon fruit, peeled, diced to cubes
1 lemon juice
ice cubes
1/2 cup water (if needed)

Blend.
