Many days I eat a salad much like the one above. Lots of young tender salad leaves, tomato, and persian cucumbers from Trader Joe's. What really makes this salad is the salad dressing, though. It is so simple, only 2 ingredients:
1 part toasted sesame oil (I get mine from Whole Foods) to 1 part Kikoman soy sauce
Don't discount this because it is simple. It is sooo good and the only dressing I use on the regular! ;)
