Light, tasty and super practical, this dressing is everything your salad needs on hot days. Made with simple ingredients: mustard, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper, it's ready in 1 minute, goes well with almost everything and lasts up to 1 week in the fridge. A refreshing joker that will transform your meals with zero effort and lots of flavor.
Ingredients:
On average, to season 6 salad plates, we will need
- 3 tsp mustard
- 9 Tbsp wine vinegar
- Salt
- 15 Tbp olive oil
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Mix vinegar, mustard and salt in a bowl.
- Gradually add the olive oil, stirring constantly.
- Finally, add the pepper. It's ready!
How do I prepare salad dressing in a glass jar?
- Put all the ingredients in the jar, cover and shake well.
How long does salad dressing last in the fridge (cold)?
Store the sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
