You should add the wax paper needs to go up the sides as well as bottom or the mix leaks under the wax paper and ruins the roll.

So I tried this, followed exactly. Turned out more like scrambled eggs. Delicious, but not like what I had in Portugal. Maybe the lack of flour kept it from turning into a cake?
