Mini idli – 20 nos
Curd – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – few
Salt as required
Green chutney – 1 tbs
Sweet chutney – 1 tbs
Sev – 1 tbs
Step 1: Mix required salt with the curd and beat well.
Arrange the idlies in the serving plate.
Step 2: Pour about 5 tbs of curd on top or till all the idlies are fully covered with curd.
Step 3: Top it with the green chutney and sweet chutney.
Step 4: Sprinkle the coriander leaves and sev on top.
Step 5: Serve immediately.
Dahi idli chaat is ready to serve.
