I absolutely love chocolate covered cherries - fresh cherries dipped in dark chocolate and even those liquid filled cherry cordials. When infused vodkas came out in the chocolate and cherry flavors I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. Chocolate, Cherries and Martinis all rolled into one great cocktail, oh my!

Here's my next fun Valentine Martini - The Chocolate Cherry Valent-tini. The swirled chocolate syrup inside the bowl really adds a fun touch so practice it a few times - you can always make chocolate milk from your trials! And if you have never made chocolate covered cherries just follow my recipe for Chocolate Covered Strawberries substituting cherries for strawberries!
