- Preheat oven to 325°F. Butter the Pan your going to be using . In a mixer - Mix together butter and cream cheese untill smooth ( on medium speed) then Add Sugar and increase the speed and beat this mixture until light and airy.
- Then add the eggs one by one and make sure you mix it all well. Then add the vanilla essence , white chocolate drops ,flour and salt.
- Mix it till its smooth. Pour the batter into your mold and give it a shake to even it out.
- Bake till golden brown and make sure you do a toothpick test. Bake for 1 1/4 hours. Once its ready place the cake on a cake rack and cool it for 20 minutes.
- Strawberry Coulis:
Combine all and blend it until smooth..once done chill it for sometime.
