A very well rounded lunch

Hey everyone from Santa Cruz! I?m sitting in an empty classroom waiting for lecture to start. I?m so OCD I get to class over 30 minutes early.


I really like the fitness goals I?ve had come in already. I always find them so inspiring.

Lunch

I ate lunch on the way over. I had to ship some goodies to my friends Monet and Lee J this morning, get some gas, and stop by the office to find out practice times from my Dad. Plus I never know what traffic will be like so I like to leave early. Errands in the morning before class stress me out.

So balanced! I?m pretty impressed with myself. I had a Sandwich Thin Turkey Sandwich, greek yogurt and a tangerine. Water to wash it all down.

I recreated the sandwich I had on Saturday. It was so tasty and crunch I wanted another one. It is a sandwich thin with brown mustard, crisp lettuce, pepper jack cheese, and deli turkey. Yuuummmm!

Strawberry Brown Cow! I kept it additive free because it?s so messy to mix in the little Brown Cow cups. Lunch needed to be easily transportable and consumed today.

The last tangerine, :-( . I need to quit being so rushed when I take my food pictures, I?m noticing some blur when they get large. Sorry guys!

Practice Schedule

I have Frosh from 3pm-5pm


JV from 5pm-7pm


Varsity from 7pm to 9pm!


I can?t be at Frosh because I have class but I need to start going if I?m going to be game coaching during December. I have some stuff I?ll need to teach them so they can handle my game coaching. I also need to see who plays what, what plays they?re running and where the players fall skill wise. Maybe on days I don?t have class I can get to theirs.


I?ll have a late post tonight with snack and dinner since I won?t get home ?til 9:20ish. Right now I?m planning on a Kashi TLC Cherry and Dark Chocolate granola bar but I think it might not be enough snack. I hope I?m not starving all evening during practices.
