Cover and cook for a few minutes (until softened). - Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut in half and add to the seafood mixture. Season with salt and pepper and cook, covered, over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Halfway through cooking, mash the cherry tomatoes with a fork or wooden spoon.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
- Remove the garlic clove from the seafood sauce. Drain the pasta al dente and pour directly into the pan (add a few tablespoons of cooking water if the sauce is too thick).
- Add the chopped parsley and sauté the pasta until the sauce has a creamy consistency.
- The seafood pasta is ready!
Observations
Can I keep the seafood pasta?
We recommend that you eat the pasta as soon as it's ready.
How can I give the pasta more flavour?
You can sauté the chilli pepper with the garlic and deglaze the seafood with white wine!
What can I use instead of cherry tomatoes?
You can also prepare frozen seafood pasta with tomato purée.
How can I make seafood pasta creamier?
Add cooking water to the seafood sauce: the starch in the pasta will help thicken the sauce. Then sauté the pasta until you achieve the desired creamy consistency, but be careful not to overcook the pasta...
How do I make seafood pasta without sauce?
Once the seafood has thawed in the pan, deglaze it with white wine to give it more flavor. Add cooking water to create a creamy sauce before sautéing the pasta in the pan.
