Pachari- 1/2 cup
Urad dal- 1/2 cup
Toor dal-1/2 cup
Channa dal-1/2 cup
Dry red chilly- 25
Asefoetida – 1/4 tsp
Salt- to taste
Curry leaves
Oil
Method
Soak all the dal,rice and chillies for 3 hours and grind them using enough water.
Add asefoetida,chopped curry leaves and salt to this batter and mix well.
Heat a tava, spread some oil and pour a spoonfull of batter.
Sprinkle some oil on top and sides of the dosa and turn it.
You can have it with your favourite chutney…

Mix 3 cups of rice and 1 cup os white urad dal.Wash it thoroughly and add 1 spoon of methi seeds.
