Bacolod Virgin

By Kitchen BQ (Visit website)

Approximately 2 months ago, hubby brought me to Resort’s World just so I could have a look and feel of a Casino. We met up with friends and one of them (Mike) invited us to the City of Smiles – Bacolod! Since we haven’t been there yet, we readily agreed and planned this whole event.

We left Manila one hour after the expected departure time and after endless plane turbulence, safely arrived in Bacolod an hour and a half later. We stayed at Mike’s relatives and I was so impressed with their place. They have a dedicated condo-type space for their guests! It is like a home away from home because it has everything you need, 2 bedrooms, 1 T&B with heater, dining table, big living room space, TVs, and squeaky clean tiled floors!!!

Here’s all of us on our first night with Mike’s Aunt Pushpa at Kuppa Coffee and Tea. I like how they named their tea specialties according to function. For example, “Tranquility” for chamomile tea. I also loved their blueberry cheescake, see picture below.

More adventures on my next posts.
