Caramel Toffee Banana Bread Recipe
Here’s another recipe for you banana bread lovers out there. On a seperate note, I just watched Match Point by Woody Allen and totally loved. I think this quote from the movie reflects very much on life. “The man who said “I’d rather be lucky than good” saw deeply into life. People are afraid to face how great a part of life is dependent on luck. It’s scary to think so much is out of one’s control. There are moments in a match when the ball hits the top of the net, and for a split second, it can either go forward or fall back. With a little luck, it goes forward, and you win. Or maybe it doesn’t, and you lose.” PREP TIME: 25 Min INGREDIENTS * 1/4 tsp cinnamon DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In medium sized mixing bowl cream together butter and sugar. 3. Add eggs and sour cream, then cinnamon, flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Mix in bananas, caramel, and toffee chips. 4. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for approximately 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Modified from a recipe at Baking junkie related searches : Caramel
