Don Cristobal 1492 featured in Casa Saltshaker's Wine Notes

This week Casa Saltshaker's wine notes include one of my all-time favorite wineries, Don Cristobal 1492. I have been following them since their appearance in the local wine market, a little over 10 years.
Casa Saltshakers highlights their Shiraz Oak Reserve 2004. My personal favorite is their Bonarda, a deep red, with a full fruit flavor, and is best consumed young.
