Ingredients

10 winged beans (remove strings on both sides and thinly sliced)

1 lemongrass (thinly sliced/shredded)

2 sprigs coriander leaves (2-3 ; thinly sliced/shredded)

4 shallots (chopped/sliced thinly)

2 red/birds eye chilies (chopped/sliced thinly)

Lime juice (as needed

1 piece palm sugar (small piece or as per taste ; smoothly crushed)

2 tbsp coconut (fresh grated ; dry fry till crispy and light brown in color)

Salt to taste

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • Toss and stir.
  • If possible, serve immediately to retain its freshness.
