Ingredients

• Cucumber - 1 big (peeled and cubed)
• Plum Tomato - 1 (cubed)
• Red Onion - 1 medium (sliced)
• Lime/Lemon - 1 (juiced)
• Green Chillies - 2 (leave it whole - see below)
• MDH Chat Masala - 1 teaspoon
• Fresh Coriander Leaves - half a handful (chopped)

Preparation

• Chop the cucumber and tomato. Slice the onions. Add to a bowl.
• Chop the stem off the green chilli, leave it whole.
• Add the coriander leaves. Juice the lime/lemon.
• Sprinkle the Chat Masala.
• Combine.
