Vitamin salad with apples, carrot, walnuts and honey-lemon dressing.

Ingredients

Number of serving: 3
2 medium apples

1 medium carrot

1 oz walnut kernels (20 g ; coarsely ground)

2 tablespoons honey

1/3 small lemon (or 1/4 large lemon ; squeezed)

1 small bunch parsley (shredded)

Preparation

  • Peel and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
  • Dice the apples.
  • Mix honey and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  • Put the apples, carrot and walnut kernels in a medium-sized salad dish.
  • Add parsley and dress the salad with honey and lemon.
  • Thoroughly mix all the ingredients to coat them with honey-lemon dressing.
