1)French bean & Sweet corn salad: Mix all the ingredients well and beat with a hand beater to a smooth mixture. Store in refrigerator. Final preparation: Pressure cook the sweet corn with a pinch of salt till tender. Julienne the French beans and steam them till done. When cool mix all the ingredients well.
2)BEETROOT & PANEER SALAD: Cube the beetroot fine. Add the cubed paneer , honey and French dressing. Mix well . Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning and serve.
3)EGGS WITH RUSSIAN SALAD: Boil and cube the vegetables. When cool , fold all the ingredients for the Russian salad into the mayonnaise. Mix and chill the salad. Shell and cut the eggs into half. Garnish the salad with hard boiled eggs.
