Ingredients

2 potatoes, peeled, boiled and chopped

1 egg, boiled and chopped

1/2 carrot, boiled and thinly sliced

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

1/2 white onion, sliced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp mustard

salt

pepper

a bit sugar

Preparation

  • Sprinkle some salt on your cucumber and onion, let it sit for 10 minutes, to extract some of their juices.
  • Remove excess juice with the help of paper towel. Mix ingredients in a bowl.
  • Let it cool for an hour before serving, adjust mayo, mustard, salt and sugar to your desired taste.
