February's Fitness Challenge, Wall Squats!
My friend Heather has challenged me to join her in doing a new fitness "challenge" each month. Last month was push-ups and I was quite impressed by myself. This month is wall squats and I am scared. These take me back to middle school volleyball, sitting against the wall, if one person fell we had to do it all again....AAAAAAAHHHHHH!!! Lucky this challenge is just about me.
