Cheat version donut

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 60g sugar *i use 45g*
• 1 tsp ovelette / emulsifier *i omit*
• 130g cake flour / plain flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 150g apple, peeled and purée *i use 1 kiwi, chopped, approx 90g*
• 70ml corn oil
• Melted Choc
• 30g chocolate chips
• 30ml milk
• 10g butter

Preparation

• Beat eggs and sugar til ribbon stage
• Sift in flour and baking powder
• Add in kiwi and oil mixture and mix well
• Scoop into pan and bake at 180deg for 15mins, cooled
• Melt all the above for dip, bring mini cakes and dip, put sprinkles on top and fridge to set
