Ingredients

Hibiscus Tea Cupcakes:

• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1/2 cup water
• 15 Hibiscus tea bags
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 eggs

Lemon Hibiscus Tea Frosting:

• 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 2 cups confectioners' sugar
