How to make Black Soy Bean Tea
<< Black Soy Bean Tea >> Ingredients: 1/4 cup Black soybeans 3 cm Kombu (cut into small piece) 2 cups Water 1. Wash the black bean. Place all ingredients in the sauce pan. Bring to boil. 2. Lower the flame and simmer for 45 minutes. 3. Strain the beans from the water. *Drink this dark while hot. This drink is good for : Bone and joint disorders, bronchitis, diarrhea, kidney and bladder problems, period pain, irregular menstruation and generally to relax. You may use leftover black boy bean for other dishes. I cooked leftover black bean and dried daikon.
