For Christmas with H family, I knew I wanted to make something orange-y as his dad cannot have chocolate and he loves orange and white chocolate together. I found this recipe and topped it with a simple white chocolate glaze( white chips melted with a bit of milk).I put the glaze on too early and it wasnt quite cool enough and it ran off. Make sure it is cooled and the glaze will cover better and be nice and creamy thick!
ENJOY!

Ingredients:
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup milk
Directions:
In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy; beat in the eggs, orange peel and extracts. Combine flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Pour into a greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool. Make your favorite glaze and spoon over cake. Yield: 12-16 servings.
