Peanut Butter Granola Bars?Stay Tuned!

I wanted to make granola bars yesterday for my daughter Elisabeth to take school for snacking.  Unfortunately, I couldn’t find brown rice syrup yesterday.  Don’t you hate it when you can’t find ingredients for recipes?  I went to Fred Meyer (pretty awesome “health food” section for a mainstream supermarket), Trader Joe’s and Smart Nutrtion (a local health food store).  I am going to hit the Olympia Food Co-op during the time Melody is in preschool.  Crossing my fingers for success!
