Energy balls with dates and a melting peanut butter heart
To fill up on energy before a workout or a busy day, make these Energy balls with a good taste of chocolate, hazelnut and peanuts (which very clearly reminds us of the Snickers chocolate bar)! Naturally sweetened with dates, this vegan recipe is perfect as a healthy snack. From now on, you no longer need to buy ready-made Energy balls, they will be even more delicious homemade, especially with this melting heart with peanut butter!

- 1 piping bag (or freezer bag)
- 1 chopper
Preparation
- Arrange the hazelnuts on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and roast them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
- Let the hazelnuts cool and remove the skin. Pit the dates if necessary. Transfer everything to a chopper.
- Add oats and cocoa powder and blend until you get a homogeneous and sticky texture.
- Form the balls then dig the inside to garnish them with peanut butter. Close the balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- There you are, your energy balls with a melting heart are ready !
