Poha/Rice Flakes Fritters
Ingredients: Poha/Rice flakes-1 cup Chopped onions -3/4 cup Gram flour/besan-3 tbs Corn flour-2 tsp Chopped green chillies-1 Coriander leaves -few Chilli powder-1 tsp Peas-1/4 cup Salt -As required Oil-As required Water-As required Method: Wash and soak the poha in water for 10 to 15 minutes.Later drain the water.Combine the poha,besan and the salt in a bowl.Add the onions,green chillies ,peas ,corn flour(mixed with 1 tbs of water) ,chilli powder and finally the coriander leaves to the above mixture.Add water if desired.Make small balls out of it and fry them in oil until they turn golden brown and flaky.Serve it with tomato chutney or ketchup.
