  • Cook the rice : follow the instructions on the package. Leave to cool down.
  • Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Remove the pulp and cut it into small slices. Stuff the cucumber with cooked rice, avocado slices and smoked salmon slices.
  • Add toppings : sesame seeds, fried onions, chopped mint leaves. There you are, your cucumber boats are ready !
