Avocado and smoked salmon verrines

Combine smoked salmon and avocado to make these wonderful verrines ! Lime juice will bring up an exotic touch to these easy, quick and no bake verrines ;-)

- Piping bag (optional)
Preparation
- Grate the lime and lemon. Squeeze out lemons. Cut the avocado into cubes. Cut the salmon into stripes.
- Mix the avocado with the lime juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Whip the cream with the mascarpone, the lemon zests and the salt.
- Put the avocado mix in the verrines. Add salmon stripes on top.
- Put the cream mix in a piping bag and add cream on top of the verrines.
- Sprinkle with lime zests and there you are ! Your verrines are ready !
Observations
You can add fresh mango if you want !
