Combine smoked salmon and avocado to make these wonderful verrines ! Lime juice will bring up an exotic touch to these easy, quick and no bake verrines ;-)

Preparation


  • Avocado and smoked salmon verrines - Preparation step 1Grate the lime and lemon. Squeeze out lemons. Cut the avocado into cubes. Cut the salmon into stripes.
  • Avocado and smoked salmon verrines - Preparation step 2Mix the avocado with the lime juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Avocado and smoked salmon verrines - Preparation step 3Whip the cream with the mascarpone, the lemon zests and the salt.
