Combine smoked salmon and avocado to make these wonderful verrines ! Lime juice will bring up an exotic touch to these easy, quick and no bake verrines ;-)

Preparation
Grate the lime and lemon. Squeeze out lemons. Cut the avocado into cubes. Cut the salmon into stripes.
Mix the avocado with the lime juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Whip the cream with the mascarpone, the lemon zests and the salt.
Put the avocado mix in the verrines. Add salmon stripes on top.
Put the cream mix in a piping bag and add cream on top of the verrines.
Sprinkle with lime zests and there you are ! Your verrines are ready !
