Combine smoked salmon and avocado to make these wonderful verrines ! Lime juice will bring up an exotic touch to these easy, quick and no bake verrines ;-)

  • Piping bag (optional)

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Avocado and smoked salmon verrines
    Grate the lime and lemon. Squeeze out lemons. Cut the avocado into cubes. Cut the salmon into stripes.
  • Step 2 - Avocado and smoked salmon verrines
    Mix the avocado with the lime juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3 - Avocado and smoked salmon verrines
    Whip the cream with the mascarpone, the lemon zests and the salt.
  • Step 4 - Avocado and smoked salmon verrines
    Put the avocado mix in the verrines. Add salmon stripes on top.
  • Step 5 - Avocado and smoked salmon verrines
    Put the cream mix in a piping bag and add cream on top of the verrines.
  • Step 6 - Avocado and smoked salmon verrines
    Sprinkle with lime zests and there you are ! Your verrines are ready !

Observations:

You can add fresh mango if you want !
