- Put flour, salt, baking powder and butter in a bowl. Mix it together
- Add the cream to the mix and stir with your hands until dough isn't sticky anymore (you can adjust and add some flour if you need).
- Finally, add chopped salmon and sprinkle with dill (around 1 teaspoon).
- Spread dough until it's around 0.7 inch (2 cm) thick, and use a glass to cut circles in it.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 390°F / 200°C
- Cut your scones in half and add a teaspoon of thickened cream in it ! Enjoy !
