Want to have some nice and tasty appetizers for your dinner party ? Petit Chef is showing you how to make wonderful salmon and basil appetizers !

Ingredients

• 1 puff pastry sheet
• 5 ounces of sliced smoked salmon
• 1 bunch of basil ( or chive )
• 3 fl oz of thickened cream
• salt
• pepper

Preparation

• Cut your pastry sheet to make a rectangle if it's round
• Spread the cream on it
  
• Sprinkle with fresh basil or chive
• Dispose the sliced salmon on it. Season with salt and pepper
  
• Roll your sheet and put in the freezer for about 30 minutes to harden it.
• Preheat the oven at 180°C / 356°F
  
  Cut your roll in thin slices
  
• Bake for 20 minutes, and enjoy !
