Cut a square sheet of parchment paper. Peel the carrots and cut thin slices using a peeling knife. Put these slices in the center of the parchment paper.
Clean the leek and finely slice it. Put half of it on the carrots.
Put a salmon fillet on the vegetables. Add salt, pepper and thyme.
Fold the sheet, leaving the salmon in the center, and seal it. Fold the edges making triangles all along (as shown in the video). Close it by folding well the last edge. It has to be hermetically sealed.
Bake 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
There you are, your salmon in parchment is ready!
