Observations

Can we use other vegetables for this summer tart?
You can use any vegetables you like. We chose cucumber, but feel free to use tomatoes or other raw vegetables. The aim is to eat a refreshing tart! Why not add a fruit like watermelon for a sweet and salty twist!

Can we substitute smoked salmon?
You can replace it with shrimp, cooked tuna, cooked salmon (cold). This is your chance to use up leftovers or open that can of tuna lying around in your cupboard!

How to store this tart?
We recommend that you eat it quickly. You can store it in the fridge wrapped in cling film, but the longer you leave it in the fridge, the more it will lose its crunchiness.

Can we use other types of cheese for this tart?
Yes, you can use other types of cheese such as goat cream cheese, classic cream cheese or even mascarpone to vary the flavors.

Can we prepare this tart without smoked salmon for a vegetarian version?
Yes, for a vegetarian version, you can replace the smoked salmon with avocado slices, cooked beet or radishes to add a touch of freshness and color!
