Preparation

  • Step 1 - Stuffed potatoes with cream cheese and salmon
    Wrap the potatoes in aluminium foil individually. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F (180°C).
  • Step 2 - Stuffed potatoes with cream cheese and salmon
    Combine creamcheese, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Cut the smoked salmon into strips and add them to the previous mix.
  • Step 3 - Stuffed potatoes with cream cheese and salmon
    Cut the potatoes in halves and add the stuffing in the middle.
  • Step 4 - Stuffed potatoes with cream cheese and salmon
    There you are, your stuffed potatoes are ready!
