Ravva dosa
Ingredients:- Ravva- 1 cup(sooji) Rice flour- 1/2 cup Green chillis chopped- 2 Curry leaves-5 count chopped Butter milk- 1 cup Ginger - 1/2 inch piece grated Salt to taste Zeera- 1 tbsp Hing- a pinch Water required Procedure:- 1-First take a bowl add sooji , rice flour , hing and butter milk and soak it for 3-4 hours . 2-Now add salt , zeera , curry leaves, chillis, ginger and mix well by adding water into a medium thickness. 3-Now take a pan spread oil and chopped onions on the pan and spread the dosa batter and fry until crispy and golden brown. related searches : Ravva Dosa
