Raw, Vegan, Gluten-free Snack Bar? Yes, please!
Hello! On this sunny day I have been enjoying some new snack bars that the great people (I may be biased as we studied at the same university) of Pulsin sent me. Not all of their range is vegan and gluten-free so they sent me the five of their bars that are, which I will be reviewing over the next couple of weeks. Unsure as to which one to try out first, I went with the one that sounded closest to my heart/taste buds. Raw Choc Brownie. Oh yeah. Being the massive fan of healthy treats and (almost) all things that are vegan and gluten-free I have had my fair share of experiences with chocolate brownies. So, it was with trepidation that I turned to this bar for the dessert that has to follow every main meal. Remember how I’d said in my previous post that I had ODed on sugary, sweet stuff over easter. This bar was perfect. I would describe it as a raw brownie-biscuit (its texture was somewhere between a brownie and a biscuit). Yum. It definitely had the brownie-taste going on. After eating a “normal” brownie I usual have that sicky, over-indulged sensation (which maybe because I tend to go for the biggest brownie on offer). However, with these I could relax with that wonderful sensation of both taste buds and my “second, sweet things-only stomach” being satiated. Can’t wait to see what the other ones are like! To find out where you can purchase these from, go here. Alternatively, they can be ordered online directly from the company and shipped within the UK and overseas (good news, Anne Stay tuned for reviews of four more of their raw bars. Hope you’re all having a great weekend xxx related searches : Raw
