Wedding Cake

I just made a 3 tier wedding cake today. Kneading a 5.5 lbs fondant for the first time was challenging esp when I planned to use dark brown fondant to go with my rises. After mixing the colors and kneaded for a while...it turned out grey! Plan B! Added some voilet and make it purple, why not! The color matches with my pink gum paste roses to emulate the romance. It was such a good arm workout kneading the fondant. Very therapeutic as well! Its a simple wedding cake this time and I am glad I did it all by myself.
