Ingredients:
- 7 oz dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup heavy cream (30% fat)
- 1 Tbsp butter
Toppings:
- sprinkles
- cocoa powder
- crushed nuts
- crushed flakes
- desiccated coconut
Step 1:
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Stage 2:
- Boil the cream and pour it into the bowl of melted chocolate. Mix well with a whisk.
Step 3:

- Use a spoon to scoop out enough to form a ball. Shape it with your hand.
Step 5:
- Roll one truffle in grated coconut, another in cocoa, pearls and chocolate sprinkles.
