- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- dill
- 1 tbsp. pink berries
- lemon juice (optional)

- Mix ingredients:
Crush pink berries to a powder. In a bowl, combine sugar, salt, pepper, crushed pink berries and dill.
- Cover salmon with mixture
Pour half the mixture into a dish, then place the salmon fillet (skinless and boneless) on top. Cover with the mixture of salt, sugar, berries and dill. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Drain stored water
Remove accumulated water and return to refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Clean salmon
Rinse salmon fillet to remove excess salt and sugar mixture.
- Cutting
Cut the salmon into thin slices.
