Pace picante sauce loose meat sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 libras.ground beef
• 3 tablespoons . shortening
• 1 branch celery,chopped
• 1 large onion,chopped
• 1 green pepper,chopped
• 1/2 can condensed tomato soup
• 1 cup. ketchup  ( Replace with Pace Picante Sauce medium)
• 1 tablespoon celery seeds
• 1 1/2 teaspoon. salt
• 1/4 teaspoon.pepper
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon prepared mustard (optional)
