How to make good gravy for butter chicken and sahi paneer
IPl. tell me how can i make good tasty and thick gravy for these two dishes i.e. butter chicken and sahi paneer

The secret is cook the recipe as written, then when it's done, take the meat or cheese out blend the sauce ( in blender) till it's smooth. Ten put the meat back in. WHALLA!! Nice creamy rich gravy.

For butter chicken - blend half the
cooked ingredients of the recipe and
leave the remaining and then add
both the chicken and grinded mixture
and cook together. I prepare it like
this to get thick gravy
