In Swiss roll, which one can be avoided? Yolk or egg white portion?


As per my knowledge, sponge cake should be rolled when hot.

You shouldn't avoid any part of the egg, but I you really need to, you can't take out the white ! So have a try not using a yolk, and tell us how it went !
