Chinese sizzling noodles
It is a really simple and easy recipe.
Ingredients
Number of serving: 4
80 g
cabbage, cut into 1-2 inches long
1 medium
carrot, cut into long strip shape
1 onion, diced
2 egg, beaten
Corn flour mixed with cold water
Sesame oil (to taste)
Ground pepper (to taste)
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- In a sauce pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil stir fry onion, cabbage, carrot till cooked.
- Pour in a cup of water and bring to boil. Add the noodles and cook until soften. Add prawn, sausages and pork slices.
- When it is almost cooked, add the mixture of cornflour, soy sauce mixture.
- Bring to boil until the soups become thicken then add egg.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and add drops of sesame oil and a pinch of pepper.
