Preparation

  • Cut Dory fillets into cubes and marinate with oyster sauce, white pepper, sesame oil and corn flour.
  • Leave it for 1/2 hour. Heat up 1.5 tbsp of grapeseed oil in a wok, add in the ingredients (A) and sauted till fragrant and cooked.
  • Add in the dory and stir fry for 8 minutes till cooked, add in the thickening. Dish up when the gravy has thicken.
  • Serve with piping hot rice.
