Ingredients

• 2 pieces of dory fillets
• 1.5 tablespoon of oyster sauce
• 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon of corn flour
• 2 tablespoons of chinese cooking wine
• (A)
• 1 small carrot - cut into slices
• 1 yellow capsicum - cut into small pieces
• 1 thumb sized ginger - cut into slices
• 2 pips of garlic - chopped
• 1.5 tablespoon of grapeseed oil
• 2 teaspoons of corn flour + 1/3 cup of water

Preparation

• Cut Dory fillets into cubes and marinate with oyster sauce, white pepper, sesame oil and corn flour.
• Leave it for 1/2 hour. Heat up 1.5 tbsp of grapeseed oil in a wok, add in the ingredients (A) and sauted till fragrant and cooked.
• Add in the dory and stir fry for 8 minutes till cooked, add in the thickening. Dish up when the gravy has thicken.
• Serve with piping hot rice.
