Yumm so silky smooth. The fragrance of chrysanthemum is mesmerizing.

1 pkt of dried chrysanthemum flowers soaked and washed clean
( from the Chinese medical hall)
½ pkt of cane sugar add more if you want it sweeter
2500 ml of water
1.5 teaspoon of agar agar powder

Boil 2500 ml water in a pot on medium heat, when the water boils, add in the dried chrysanthemum flowers and cane sugar and boils for another ½ hour .
Sieved out the flowers and measure out 2000 ml of chrysanthemum tea.
Dissolve the agar agar powder with 3 tablespoons of water and add to the 2000 ml of chrysanthemum tea.
Boil over low heat until the agar agar powder has totally dissolved.
Pour into ramekins and decorate with a piece of chrysanthemum flower each .
When it is cool, put into the fridge to set the jellies. It will set in 4 - 5 hours.
