Potatoes With Dried Chillies (Indian Style)

I invented this simple recipe with just a few ingredients. Its a great and spicy dish which does not take much of your time to prepare. Potatoes are a big craze with my family and any dish cooked with potatoes are surely a sell out. Do give a try and will surely appreciate your great comments given back to us.
Ingredients
3 (430g) medium size potatoes - boiled and cut into bite/chunk sizes
10 pieces (15g) dried red chillies - cut into small pieces
1 (80g) medium size onion - sliced thinly
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 small bunch of coriander leaves (sliced into pieces including the stalks)
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method:
When oil is heated, fry the onions and red chillies for about 4 mins.
Add the mustard seeds and turmeric powder.
Continue to stir until the seeds starts to pop.
Put in the potatoes and keep stirring until the potatoes become slight crispy on the outside.
Lastly, add the coriander leaves, give a good stir before removing from heat.
