Rava Ladoo (Suji Ladoo)

Rava Ladoo is a south indian yummy sweet dish. This is a lovely way to indulge in this simple home made delicacy.

Ingredients:
White Suji/ Rava - 1 cup Sugar - 1 cup Ghee - 1/2 cup Cashewnuts - 10 Milk - 1/4 cup Elaichi Powder - 1/4 teaspoonMethod:
Heat kadai and fry Suji for few minutes in low flame till you get the roasted flavor.Powder sugar and keep aside.Powder elaichi with 1 teaspoon of sugar and keep aside.
Fry cashewnuts and Raisins in ghee and keep aside.

Powder the fried Suji and keep aside.Now mix powdered sugar, suji, ghee, cashewnuts, raisins.
Now add milk to the above mixture and make rounded balls of medium size.

Note: The above ingredients would be sufficient to make 16-18 ladoos of medium size as shown below.


 TIPS: Coconut can be friend in ghee and added to enhance the taste of the ladoo.
