Usually bought in stores, make your own wheat tortillas! Very easy to make, they will be the base for many delicious recipes to share with the whole family: fajitas, wraps, quesadillas, enchiladas... Follow step by step the making of these 100% homemade tortillas and fill them according to your desires ;-)

Mix the flour and baking powder. Add the pinch of salt, canola oil, and warm water. Knead the dough by hand and form a ball.
Let rest for 15 minutes at room temperature under a cloth. Flour the dough and cut it into 8 pieces. Roll the pieces into balls and flatten them.
Cook the tortillas in a hot pan for about 1 minute on the first side and 30 seconds on the second side.
Place the tortillas in a cloth and reserve them to enjoy in tacos.
