Usually bought in stores, wheat tortillas are easy to make at home! They’re the base for many delicious recipes to share with the whole family: fajitas, wraps, quesadillas, enchiladas... Follow these steps to make your own tortillas from scratch, then fill them however you like ;-)

1 pinch of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
4 tbsp canola oil
100 ml water

Mix the flour and baking powder. Add the pinch of salt, canola oil, and warm water. Knead the dough by hand and form a ball.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes at room temperature under a cloth. Dust the dough with flour and cut it into 8 pieces. Roll the pieces into balls and roll them out thinly.
Cook the tortillas in a hot pan for about 1 minute on the first side and 30 seconds on the second side.
Place the tortillas in a cloth and set them aside to serve as tacos.
