It's now time to make these homemade tortillas and stop buying them !

Ingredients

Number of serving: 8
200 gr flour

1 pinch of baking powder

1 pinch of salt

4 tbsp oil

100 ml water

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Homemade wheat tortillas
    Mix flour with baking powder. Add salt + oil + warm water. Knead the dough with your hands and form a ball.
  • Step 2 - Homemade wheat tortillas
    Leave to rest 15 minutes at room temperature under a cloth. Cut the dough in 8. Spread the doughs finely on a floured surface
  • Step 3 - Homemade wheat tortillas
    Cook the tortillas in a hot pan during about 1 min for the first side and 30 sec for the second side.
  • Step 4 - Homemade wheat tortillas
    Put the tortillas in a cloth and make some incredible recipes with them like quesadillas or tacos !
