Preparation
- 1. Wash & peel crabmeat into stripes. Add chopped onion & lime juice. Mix well. The acid in the lime will cook the crabmeat in this simple, yet refreshing recipe.
2. Line the tray/dish with crabmeat.
3. Spread mayonnaise & parsley on it & top it up with another layer of crabmeat.
4. Cover & refrigerate few hours before serving.
