Paneer raita
The Raita contain fried Paneer along the chopped vegetable. Vegetables you can add according to your choice. It is a very quick recipe as you can prepare it in 10 to 15 minutes, if all the ingredients are ready & handy. This goes well along any type of Biryani. Try making thia simple recipe and I am sure all will ask you to make it once again!!!

- Fry the Paneer in oil, till it is slighly golden brown. When done keep it aside.
- Fry capsicum adding 1 1/2 tbsp of chat masala powder and pinch of salt. Let it be crispy.
- Now take a big bowel, add the rest of the chopped vegetables, followed by paneer & Capsicum.
- Pour the yogurt into it, add salt as per taste. Add the chopped mint leaves & Coriander leaves.
- Mix all the contents well. Serve along your choice of Biryani or Pulao.
