Aloo Methi
Aloo Methi Ingredients Potatoes (boiled and diced) - 150 g ?Methi ( fenugreek leaves ) , blanched - 50 g ?Turmeric powder - a pinch ?Red chilli powder - 5 g ( 1 teaspoon ) ?Salt to taste ? Coriander powder - 5 g ?Kasoori methi - 5 g Cumin seeds - 3 g ?Oil - 5 ml 1 teaspoon coriander leaves ( for garnishing ) Method In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds. When they crackle, add the turmeric powder and potatoes. Toss it and when mixed properly add rest of the powdered masalas and the blanched and chopped methi leaves. Mix both properly, cover with a lid and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes. Add kasoori methi. Mix well and and check seasoning. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
